Moore has given more than 270 concerts in the Central and Western New York regions since arriving in Syracuse in 1975, including more than 90 full-length solo recitals and many chamber music, choral and vocal programs. He has collaborated in solo recitals with saxophonist Sigurd Rascher, violist Paul Doktor, violinist Andy Zaplatynsky, and flutists Michel Debost, Leone Buyse, John Barcellona and Jim Walker.Between 2001 and 2003 Moore presented an 8-concert cycle of the 32 Piano Sonatas of Beethoven. From 1979-1992, he served as a classical music critic at the Syracuse Newspapers.
Moore made his New York City recital debut in February 1976 and was reviewed very favorably by Raymond Ericson in The New York Times.
